Scott Tartans

I don't know any name for this tartan, so I'll distinguish it from others by calling it Scott Black. I've noticed that the names of tartans may not be unique in a tartan database, so they use a unique number as an identifier. As a database designer, I heartily approve of these "surrogate keys". But that's another rant.
